1. PREPARING YOUR QUOTE
To provide you with a competitive quote we need to spend time understanding your design requirements and what budget and timescales we need to meet. We offer this service at a time and place that suits you; face to face, over the phone or during a site visit.
2. DESIGN & CONCEPT
The second stage involves us creating the furniture digitally, as part of a 3D CAD drawing. We provide detailed drawings with images, colours and materials to showcase how the furniture will appear in the space once built. A 20% payment is required to begin this phase.
3. FINE TUNING
After receiving your feedback on the initial design, the drawings are then revised and refined to ensure the design is perfect. We will provide up to three revisions as part of the process.
4. FINAL DRAWING APPROVAL
With drawings and designs confirmed, we’re ready to bring the furniture to life. To begin this process, we require a payment of 60% of the total project value. Once received, we provide a delivery and installation date within our guaranteed time frame of 6 weeks.
5. MAKING YOUR FURNITURE
Here we begin to create your unique masterpiece. Every process is closely monitored and quality checked to ensure perfection. We take pride with each new piece of furniture that is carefully crafted to bring you a unique design that will grace your home, office or hotel for years to come.
6. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Installation is done professionally with great care and consideration, with our team protecting any surrounding furniture from dust and ensuring the area is left cleaned and vacuumed. We will then take you through the customer satisfaction form to make sure you are happy with the results. After completion, the remaining 40% payment is required to clear the balance.
